| We are quiet upper year undergraduate students looking for two new roommates for a co-ed four bed, 1 bath house! The house is located just 10-15 minutes from McMaster University by bus and a block away from a Fortino's and Shopper's. A Food Basics is also close by bus and the house sits along the downtown Hamilton GO bus routes. Rent is $640.62 per month (utilities not included) and two parking spots are available. No basement rooms! The house is currently fully furnished though personal bedroom furniture (bed, desk, etc.) is not provided. We have our own washer and dryer as well as a living room common space. The lease is available to start as early as July 1st but no later than September 1st. We are also open to subletting rooms for July and August. Property managed by Wink Properties. |
