Spacious with high ceilings and lots of natural lighting. 3.) Kitchen with full appliances (Oven and Stovetop, Fridge, Dishwasher, Double-Sink) and access to two washers and two dryers shared between six other units. 4.) A ton of storage space, including two large closets in each bedroom, a large closet by the entryway, and a full extra storage room. 5.) Programmable thermostat and central heating and AC. 6.) Parking is available but not included in the rent. 7.) Utilities not included but internet is included. 8.) Apartment is pre-2018 and subject to a maximum 2.5% rent increase per year. Rent was increased as of June 1st to $1870.11 and is locked-in until June 2025. Me and my partner have lived here for two years and it has been perfect for our needs.
