| All Inclusive Fully Furnished Room: Accomodation available for Female Graduates/Post Doc/Smith College/Medical Students. I have a lovely, nicely furnished, well-equipped lower level room in a 3 bedroom home to rent for someone looking for a safe, clean, friendly, home away from home. I am located in a very nice, safe residential neighbourhood in close proximity to the University. There would be 3 people in total in my home; myself (retired teacher), and two graduate students plus two small adorable senior dogs. The room has two windows and is equipped for some light cooking with a microwave, coffee maker, hotplate and small fridge. As well, you have access to a shared full kitchen. Bathroom is shared as well. Sheets and towels are provided. There is a wonderful old fashion back porch with wicker chairs and a lovely patio for reading, yoga or sunbathing. I am in a great location just a 12 minute walk to the center of Uni and close to Grocery Stores. On the major East/West bus routes. Metro and Loblaws are also an easy walk (20 min) but busses take you right there and back. The room includes: fully furnished, heat, hydro, a/c, water, wifi, washing, parking, bike storage.
