You would be sharing with two other females (myself and my niece). Looking for a clean, tidy student who will appreciate a quiet, peaceful environment conducive to studying. Located in historic Portsmouth Village, just a five minute walk to the waterfront, a ten minute walk to Queen's West Campus and Saint Lawrence, and a ten minute bus ride to Queen's main campus. Monthly rent is $700 and includes utilities, laundry, internet, and parking spot if needed.
