We are looking for a single occupant for the third bedroom of our apartment as the exchange student living here will be going home at the end of December. We are two responsible and clean females. Rent: 945 +utilities (approx. $50-70 each/month) Lease term: month to month. Someone wanting to stay longer term is preferred. Parking: potentially available off site, but not guaranteed would have to discuss with the landlords. Pets: I have two guinea pigs, so most larger animals (cats/dogs/etc) would not be compatible.
