| One bedroom available in 3 bed 2 bath apartment available January 1st! We are looking for one person for the third bedroom of our apartment as the exchange student living here will be going home at the end of December. We are two responsible and clean working females. Rent: 945 +utilities (approx. $50-70 each/month) Lease term: month to month. Someone wanting to stay longer term is preferred. Parking: potentially available off site, but not guaranteed would have to discuss with the landlords. Pets: I have two guinea pigs, so most larger animals (cats/dogs/etc) would not be compatible. Availability: January 1st, 2025 Laundry: in unit Bathroom: shared with one other person The bed in the room can stay, if desired.
