| Availble Dec 1 The Room: Spacious & Bright unfurnished room available, 5 mins drive from Walmart. Located in Cataraqui Woods, this room has a large window that gets sun all year round. The house: 5 bedrooms - 3 in the basement and 2 on the main floor, 2 bathrooms, a large open space area with a living room and kitchen, a big garage, laundry room with washer and dryer, storage room, a front lawn, and a private backyard. The neighborhood: very quiet and respectful, close to walking trails, 5 mins drive to Walmart, 7 minutes to Cataraqui Mall, restaurants, gas stations, and the library. The highway is very accessible and conveniently located 5 minutes drive from home. About the roomies: Sharing the space with 4 other people, all male young professionals in their late 20s and early 30s. One of the housemates has a very sweet mid-sized dog. We all enjoy our free alone time but also enjoy watching movies and occasionally eating and having a drink together. The house is clean, and we try to keep up with cleaning. We are all respectful to one another and creative, whether it's a hobby or business, and hope to find someone like-minded. Any gender is free to apply.
