| Hi! I am looking to find someone to take over my room sublease at a house on Wellington Street in Kingston. This house is a student house ONLY for students at Queens University or St Lawrence College. Female-only house as well ‼️ The takeover would preferably start as soon as possible, move-in date would be December 1st. But January 2025 - April 2025 (and onwards, if you’d prefer.) is also doable provided you cover Decembers rent. Some extra information, the house is located on Wellington Street, near William & Wellington, a five-minute walk from downtown Kingston and about 10 minutes to Queens Campus. It’s not in the heart of the student ghetto so it’s quieter than most houses. Four other people are living in the house, all women, and all Queen's students. Two bedrooms upstairs and three downstairs. The room I am offering is one of the bedrooms downstairs. It is the largest room and it’s recently renovated with new hardwood floors and fresh paint! It will not come furnished, I am taking my furniture when I move out, the only thing that will remain in the room are an LED light strip. Rent is $512.40 a month, utilities and wifi are not included but are affordable so expect to pay ~$600 a month. There is laundry on-site and it is NOT coin-operated. There are two bathrooms, one on each floor, and a communal kitchen with working appliances. If you are interested, please shoot me a message.
