No shared walls. Just upstairs tenants who don't make much noise. I mostly stay in my room and don't have much in the living room so it's yours too. (Furniture in the photos are no longer here. The rooms are empty) It's in a very quiet Hintonburg neighborhood close to Bayview station and the NCC bike paths. Looking for a female or LGBTQ male. Preferably a quiet individual who invites very few guests over. A pet could be negotiable. No adult cats or large/noisy dogs. A little about myself: 30yo female. I'm a gamer/animator on the shy side so I'm always in my room on my computer. You won't see me too much. I have 2 cats. One senior and one younger, so quiet people with experience with cats is a plus. I get up 6-7am for work and usually go to bed at 11pm.
