But if one person needs the whole room, that’s welcome too and the rental will accordingly change. The rooms have twin bed frames, inbuilt closet and have wall sized large windows with curtains for good sunlight. For hygiene, i am asking tenant to bring their own mattress, pillow and sheets. Common area includes big screen TV, couch, 6 seater lovely dining table and furnished kitchen (microwave, toaster, toaster oven, electric kettle, ample cookware, crockery, cutlery etc), brand new appliances including washer and dryer, lots of storage space as well the whole unfinished basement Its a brand new home, so you will love living there.
