| This is a PSA: Dennis is a violent lunatic who often screams threats at random people from his window at 3 or 4am when you're trying to sleep. He's upset at everything in his life and will take it out on those within his immediate proximity, AKA you if you rent from this miserable maniac. He even shattered the window and all the glass fell from the 3rd floor onto ground level. On the day he kicked me out, he stormed out of his room out of nowhere and screamed to me: "GET THE F*** OUT, YOUR CAR BETTER NOT F*CKING BE THERE WHEN I GET BACK". For absolutely no reason. When I demanded an answer as to why he was acting this way, he responded with: "YOU NEVER F*CKING SWEEP YOUR PARKING SPOT". This is the first time this concern was ever brought to my attention, not to mention freaking out over something so miniscule? Not to mention I still had a full month left, which the $ was never returned. If you are seeing this ad, consider yourself warned. Rent at your own caution. |
