| Staying with us in our house as a Paying Guest will be much cheaper with better facilities. I have a brand new house in a beautiful location of North London and we provide accommodation to students of Western University and Fanshawe College and also young people who are on work permit or PR. We don’t sign the lease or contract. You need to pay last month’s charge as deposit and pay on a monthly basis. My house is 15-20 minutes to Western University, about 45-50 minutes to Fanshawe Main Campus and South Campus, and about 30 minutes to Fanshawe Downtown Campus by bus. You will get: Comfortable stay with friendly family atmosphere. A big comfortable bedroom with closets. we will provide single bed and mattress. Tea/Coffee/Milk, Breakfast (Fruit, bread butter, dry snacks), Lunch, and Dinner. (only vegetarian food cooked at home including Gujarati, Punjabi, South India, Mexican, Fast food) 2 separate washrooms for the students. In house laundry and dryer. Big living room with dining tablet and sofa Unlimited High-Speed Internet Access to TV. Parking will be provided at no extra cost if available. Good Job opportunity close to our house. Rent includes rent, utilities, meals, Wi-Fi, hand soap, laundry detergent, tissue papers, dish washer liquid, etc. Amenities: All major Banks, Wal Mart, Canadian Tire, Nofrills, McDonald’s, Tim Hortons, Domino’s Pizza , Starbucks Coffee shop, Taco bell, Public Library Conditions: No Smoking, No Alcohol, No Meat.
