| Hi! I'm looking for the right person to share space with in my North London home. The rental includes a large bedroom, and use of the back den as a living room space as well. Shared use of 2 bathrooms and large kitchen. Tennant has private fridge There is laundry and parking for 1 car included. 850$ is inclusive of all utilities and unlimited internet as well. Space can be furnished (as seen in the photos), or furniture can be removed at request Must love dogs as I have 2, one is a senior and one a brand new puppy, and because of this I can't introduce any new animals into the environment, so I ask that the tennant have no pets.
