| About the room Gay Male with a Room For Rent- shared rental - Respectful non Judgmental home. Long Term ( preferred $ 850 a month ) rental: Short Term Rental $ 300 / week You get a nice safe place temporary or ongoing. One week notice required by either party to terminate the lease. Description; No Drugs - No Loud Noise after 11 PM - No Smoking of ANYTHING in the house - No Disrespecting Other Tenants - This is a family and we are all going to work together as one. We are a diverse household - currently all males - We work together - We do not judge other people on the basis of creed, religion, origin, sexual orientation, or education level. ( and you will not either ) The bedroom in our shared home - is fairly large - comes with a bed - nice tall dresser - TV - hardwood floors, and closet space. Utilities included: Heat - Hydro - Satellite TV - High Speed triple gated Internet - Water Washer and Dryer on site and is 1 $ per load or 5 $ per month to use. There is also an outside clothesline that is nice to use during the summer. Your bedroom is of course your own personal and private refuge and space. Shared areas - are just that shared areas - you use them and respect them as you would your own private space, but understand that others will also wish to use them. Shared areas include: Bathroom, Sitting / Dinning Room, kitchen, front porch and large gardened back yard with sitting tables. We have parked your future home, on a quiet dead end street, and put a bus stop right on the corner that goes downtown. There is parking for one vehicle, and there is a few KM’s of park across the road, for when you want to spend some time in the great outdoors. First and Last weeks / months rent is required - There may be an opportunity for reduced rent if you are good at painting - house repairs etc etc. If you are looking for a nice safe quite place to rest your head with good guys around - this place is for you. I myself look after dogs for my friends sometimes, so you should like dogs. You should also be aware and okay with the fact that I am a gay male. ( I do not care about your sexual orientation, but I need you to be okay with mine ) *** small deductions in rent available for work around the property, if you are a handyman/lady, cleaner, cook, grass cutter etc etc *** About the roomies Currently all males - but that is just what has happened not the way it has to be :) Everyone is quiet - respectful of others - and pulls their own weight around the house. Possible rental discounts for assuming household duties /care - We are 2 gay males approaching 60 so this would always be helpful :) |
