It includes all of the utilities, furnished and the unit comes with a washer/dryer inside, and you can park your car in the parking lot. It's a very quiet unit suitable for students who want to study quietly or for office workers who want to relax after work at home! There are gym and a swimming pool in the apartment a two-minute walk to the bus stop 20 minutes by bus from Western University It's a 30-minute bus ride from the Fanshawe College.
