| Room available for rent for a single person on a short term basis. The room can be rented for a minimum of two days and up to months at a time. The room is only for one guest per booking at time. No sleepovers, no extra guests, no partying, no pets, no smoking and or use of drugs is permitted. The property is not a hotel so no visitors are allowed for pleasure or other reasons. We appreciate you respecting our home. In case you are wondering, you will not share your room and bathroom, it’s totally private. A parking spot is available in the driveway for one car. As this is a private home, we do share the same entrance to the house. The kitchen is not apart of this package, however you are free to use the microwave. There is also complimentary tea and coffee available. If you need to use the kitchen for other purposes, please let me know upon booking so that I can accommodate you as much as possible. This short term rental has a cleaning fee for all bookings. The cost to for a night is $90. Prices varies for booking exceeding 3 days. WiFi and other amenities are available.
