| Hi, I’m a UofT student looking to sublet my room from July 1st to August 31st. If you want, you can extend the lease or sign a new year-long contract (September 1st, 2024, ~ August 31st, 2025). This room is located on the ground/first floor of a house with a 2nd floor and a basement. The best part is that this room comes with your own door from which you can directly access the outside from, without having to use the main door! It is a 20-minute walk to the University of Toronto bookstore and Bathurst station and is located at the junction of multiple streetcar stations. There is a FreshCo five minutes walking distance, and a laundromat, barber shop, electronics shop, and a lot of restaurants less than a minute’s walk away. The room comes fully furnished with a table, chair, closet, large cabinet, and a bed (but please bring your own bedsheets and pillows). Utilities, including WIFI and water, are fully included within the rent. The house comes with a kitchen and a bathroom that is shared with two other people, as well as a washing machine (although the house itself doesn’t have a dryer).
