Location is close to St.Clair and Bathurst, all amenities close to the place (subway, supermarket, convenience store, shoppers, restaurants), apartment includes a private gym and pool during the summer time. My name is Andres Ramírez and I’m 24 years old, working as a manager in the dog grooming industry; on my free time I like to be on the computer, cook and relax. Looking for someone responsible, chill and easy going to share my apartment with. Details of rules and guidelines can be made between us, im very open minded. I have a dog named Zoe (Labradoodle, 1.5 years old). She’s sweet and very well trained, no smells or bathroom accident inside the apartment and she’s also hypoallergenic (doesn’t throw hair at all, she’s a big loveable teddy bear).
