| Large Basement Apartment for rent. I am a very easy going Landlord ! ...... I am looking for 1 tenant, that is also easy going, has a full time job, doesn't work from home.... Please! no loud music! and be quiet, as Im a very quiet. ! :) Absolutely !!! no spicy cooking. Have to say it again.... No Spicy curry cooking. The back yard is fully accessible for BBQ and fire pit. A Small pet is ok .....as its fenced in! Please have no criminal record or an Alcoholic/ hard drug user. I am ok with a 420 Friendly.... I dont participate myself , I am social drinker, I prefer someone that is responsible, quiet and doesn't complain that its an older house....... The basement laundry is Shared.....There is En suite, small, full bathroom ! Oversized Bedroom is 19 by 12 ft, and living room is 17 by 12 ft. Its 200 ft to Bus stop. Please dont have loads of stuff, or bring any drama, also not be afraid to pick up a shovel for the snow if im working late. Signed.........Michael. |
