The price ($1850 for 1 person or $2000 for 2 people) includes: • Utilities (i.e. water, electricity, Heating, Air conditioning) • Internet • Available street parking (with legal limit of 15 hours at a time so the car would need to be moved once every 15 hours). • Laundry room with washer and dryer • Full bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower (see photos) • Furnished with bed and mirror dresser • Private balcony • Private washroom • Walk-in closet • Common area on first floor available to all housemates • Video game consoles and flat screen tv also available to housemates on main floor • Back yard and deck available for use for all housemates • Shared kitchen on main floor • Designated fridge space • Designated cabinet space in kitchen • Guest space available on main floor Cleaning supplies purchased for the house and all roommates split the bill. Room available as of immediately. Rent is on a month by month bases with only first and last month rent required upon approval. Room may be shared by 1 or 2 people maximum. |
