THIS IS AN OWNER OCCUPIED UNIT. SO WHOEVER DOES NOT WANT TO SHARE WITH OWNER PLEASE DO NOT WASTE TIME. RENT will be $999 / month ( all utilities included) and primarily given on AT LEAST THREE (3) months contract and after 3 months it will be ON month to month. RENT WILL BE NEGOTIABLE IF ANY CONTRACT IS SIGNED for AT LEAST SIX MONTHS. Condo amenities such as gym, pool etc WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE for short term ( less than six months) because of CONDO RULES.
