| 2 roommates wanted to share a condo If you are urgently seeking a short-term ready-to-move-in accomodation, this plan is not for you. Difficult to find a pleasant, enjoyable and affordable home in Downtown Mississauga with nice tenants in sharing the facilities? Look no further, I will find roommates compatible to each other in personality and in interests. I am a Chinese Canadian and a retired electronic technician. I grew up as a teenager in Toronto. I am looking for two single LONG TERM platonic roommates of either gender to INITIATE leasing a specific condo in the Square One area, all participants must be enthusiastic, creative and considerate for others and even altruistic. Loving Nature, camping and vacationing in the Caribbean will be great assets but not necessary. Renting the whole house is another option, currently a nice Spanish speaking female retiree and a neighbour tenant is interested, her priority is downtown location and benign tenants. When compatible tenants are found, we can get together for coffee and discuss the matter. So if interested, please reply and introduce yourself. Currently there is a 1-bedroom plus den renting for $2,650 (see the above CONCEPTION of this unit). The total monthly cost is $2,900, that includes electricity, internet, tenant insurance. Typical condo lease duration is for one year. By condo lease rule, last month deposit is required. A cheque for the first and last month ($5,300) plus 10 post dated cheques ($2,650 each) must be submitted to the condo owner so I expect the same from the roommates. The lease can be renewed annually if both of the owner and the tenant want to continue leasing. Here is my cost sharing plan for the 1-bedroom plus den: - I live in the partitioned living room. - The rent for the bedroom with one underground parking space is $1,600 per month, if parking space is not needed, the rent is $1,400 per month. Must have a steady and secure job, single occupancy only. - The Den: $500 per month. (Condition: Available only after the bedroom has been taken) My wish for the living environment in this shared condo is as follow: Roommates must be single, non-smoker, non-alcoholic, has limited visitors, quiet, amicable, trustworthy, considerate and non-discriminatory. Must be neat, tidy and well organized and always keep your home spotlessly clean and always clean up the kitchen and bathroom after use. In the bathroom, keep personal hygiene items in the cabinet out of sight, leaving the bathroom in a clear, uncongested condition at all times as a heavily congested bathroom is an eyesore. No pungent spicy cooking as it produces bad odor and can trigger alarm in the smoke detector. It will be great if we share the same food and share the food cost, healthy, nutritious food with variety: Canadian, Chinese, Italian ............... we are like a family living in a home away from home. Neighbourhood: - Sheridan College (Hazel McCallion campus at Living Arts Drive and Square One Drive) is 15 minutes walk from home. - There is a walk-in clinic and a dental office on the ground floor - Family doctor's office is just one block away - Trillium Hospital is just 5 minute taxi drive at Confederation Parkway and Queensway - Corner grocery stores are just walking distance away - Bus stops are 3 minutes away at Burnhamthorpe (to East and West) and at Confederation Parkway (to North and South) Features: - Rent is all inclusive: Electricity, internet, tenant insurance. - Shared facilities: Kitchen, bathroom, living room, balcony, locker. - Ensuite laundry. - Amenities for fun and good health: Gym, swimming pool, game room, theatre, party room, outdoor terrace, Christmas party hosted by the cordial management. - I also have a huge collection of movies and film projected on big screen for your entertainment if you like it. - The unobstructed view from the balcony is spectacular, especially the sunset scene.
