| Location, location, location (Cawthra & Lakeshore). We have 3 rooms for rent as shared accommodations in our bsmt apartment. We have a bus stop directly in front of the house so no need for walking along dark streets at night. This #8 bus takes you directly to Sheridan College. It also takes you to Sq.One shopping Centre, bus terminal and Port Credit GO station. We live in an established neighborhood which is close to the lake and walking distance to Port Credit. This is not a party house. There is no smoking, vaping, drinking, loud music or overnight guests. 1 person per room (no sharing). We already have 2 Sheridan College students living on the upper floor who just finished their first year and will continue living with us. Proof of school acceptance is needed as I only accept students ages 16-22. Room 3 $1000 is 130sq ft with attached private washroom, Room 4 $950 is 143 sq ft, Room 5 $900 and is 112 sq ft. |
