Because it is only short-term, the existing furniture stays, but you can move it aside, if you have your own things. This is really not suited for someone moving in an entire amount of their own furniture -- but suited better for someone in need of a temporary place, and with only a few personal things to move in. Rent for one month stay is $2,200 monthly, if you stay two months. $2800 for one month stay. Plus utilities, and security deposit. Absolutely NO partying or smoking of any kind, in the unit. This is a quiet floor, with mostly working young professionals. And therefore, this is suited for a single person, or a couple. One underground parking included.
