Has bed, with new double mattress. Has a desk, dinning table with chairs. This rental is a summer rental, and a max of two months. It is available, for July 1. Apartment is in a new building, and there is some ongoing construction. Unit has new appliances: ensuite Washer/dryer, dishwasher, built-in microwave, fridge and stove. Bathroom is a full bathtub and shower. Has a large balcony, with great view, and new blinds. Because it is only short-term, the existing furniture stays, but you can move it aside, if you have your own things. This is really not suited for someone moving in a large amount of furniture -- but suited better for someone looking for a temporary place, and with only a few personal things to move in. Rent for one month stay is $2,200 monthly, if you stay two months. $2800 for one month stay. Plus utilities, and security deposit, of $500. First and last and deposit, is paid upfront, within 24 hours of being approved. Landlord and employment reference, and/or 2023 NOS from CRA. Background check to be done -- no one showing previous evictions will be considered. Absolutely NO partying or smoking of any kind, in the unit. This is a quiet floor, with mostly working young professionals. And therefore, this is suited for a single person, or a couple. Dundas and highway 403, just 5 to 7 minutes away. One underground parking is included. This is a dog-friendly building, and many tenants have dogs of all sizes. A dog is okay with me, as long as he or she is fully house broken.
