Private room with lock & double bed, all furnished, all-inclusive (Wifi, hydro, water, heat, snow removal). Onsite parking lot available for tenants (first come first serve). Additional parking is available on street. Shared with 18 other students (all units vacant now, one room per tenant preferred). Located in North Stormont, east of Ottawa, 42 min drive from University of Ottawa, 30 minutes from Cornwall. This well maintained two story lodging house has 4 full bathrooms, 2 powder rooms, and a commercial kitchen that all tenants could use. All rooms are on the main floor or second floor (no basement units). Available for occupancy from June - September, 2024. 6-12 months lease preferred, but will consider short term if there are still rooms available in late summer. References and credit check may be required. No pets, no smoking please.
