I am a considerate and friendly person who rents two room on the second floor of my home. One of the rooms is rented to a Chinese chef who has been living here for 1.5 years. On the main floor is a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room with a gas fireplace. There is a backyard and deck available for your use. As I have allergies there is no smoking (cigarettes, pot or vaping) anywhere on the property. Also we don't cook with curry powder or chilies as they give me a headache.
