| Located just off of Merivale, we're offering a small unfurnished Bedroom for $525 a month. The room is part of a larger apartment shared by 3 other people. Rent includes all utilities other than Wi-Fi. Space comes with access to a shared Kitchen, a large Living Room, Bathroom with a Shower, Storage Area, Backyard, and a Garage. There is a washer and dryer combo in the unit as well as a dish washer. The location is directly beside several grocery stores, with nearly any kind of business you can imagine within a short walk. We're right beside the bus route for the 88 and are about a 10-15 minute bus ride from both Carleton and Algonquin. There is currently a very-friendly Chihuahua in the unit owned by another roommate, and if you yourself have a pet, they are welcome although we will need to discuss details. The master lease for the unit expires at the end of December, although we've been told we are getting renewed for another year. The "sub-lease" for the bedroom listed in this ad will be for 2 months and is renewable. We are both queer and women friendly. My fiancee and I are queer and trans (23/22 years old). The other roommate is my Cis-Het Brother (26) who is very kind and supportive. We are a social-able household that regularly hang out for movie nights, board games, group meals, etc. We're preferably looking for someone who is a student and/or near our age group, but please feel free to reach out regardless. The dimensions of the room are roughly 100" by 104". This does not include the dimensions of the entrance to the room or the attached closet.
