| ⭐ All Female tenants - No exceptions⭐ Located by Cherokee blvd / Pawnee ave (nearest intersection is finch and cherokee blvd) (1 bus stop away from seneca). Only 1 room available for one female tenant. The price you see covers rent and utilities. (heat, hydro, ac, and electricity). A phone interview prior to viewing the room is required. *Wifi is offered for leisure at no extra cost. although strong, we cannot be held responsible for any stutters or down time and any effect it may have in your employment/meetin/school etc. *The room will be cleaned, vacuumed etc prior to your tenancy. Move in by December 1st 2024. We are looking for a tenant hoping for a long term rental. please read our requirements to see if our home fit your needs. First come first served (upon qualifying and being interviewed over the phone). Do consider proving your phone number after you've read all we've got to offer if you think it suits your needs. UPPER FLOOR: Access to 2 washrooms. 1 is equipped with bidet and shower while the other is a powder room. Bathroom is shared with 2 other very clean females. *you have to be an overall clean and organized person in order to be considered * (the females here will be frank about your cleanliness, so please only consider if u know u are organized). There are currently 4 other female tenants here. We have a limit of 5 we can accommodate. ❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀ *REQUIREMENTS* ★Female Tenants only No exceptions. ★Non-Smoker of any sorts or any substance usage. ★First and Last rent are needed (reference would be appreciated) ★One person per room. No Roommates/No sharing. ★No parking ★Full time young professionals or students with the ability to pay rent on time are a must ★Easy going , respectful, quiet, CLEAN and overall friendly. I highly stressed the word clean because the rest of the ladies here are very organized and clean and have no issues voicing out their concerns about cleanliness (they are very friendly never the less). ★Family oriented. everyone's wholesome here. What's included in the rent : -Fingerprint enabled front door lock (no keys) -Laundry (Washing Machine + Dryer on Friday evenings + all weekends + long weekends) -Electricity, Water, Central Air (heat and ac) -Wi-Fi : although strong, this is a service that is provided for entertainment/leisure use. if u are using our wifi for work, any deficiencies of said wifi is not our responsibility. -Common Living/entertainment room with 65" TV and Chromecast, LED corner lights for ambiance. - any furnishings required please let us know. we will see what we can do. no promises. but we'll try. -steps from local park with tennis, baseball, playground etc (2 mins walk) -closest TTC stop is only 2-3 min walk (victoria park) -seneca newnham campus : 10 mins walk -Closest main intersection is Finch and Victoria Park Only 1 bus stop away from Newnham campus (Seneca college) ❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀ ❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀❀ Along with your inquiry, PLEASE include a brief introduction of yourself. a PHONE # would also be appreciated so that we may get intouch with you quickly and arrange a visit to see the room.
