| Living room to rent, perfect for students as it is less than 1km from Yorku. The living room is completely yours and I spend most of my time in my own room, so even if it seems not private, it kinda is. You also have your own fully bathroom next to it. The pictures might seem messy, so I would recommend to come see it firsthand. This is for right now till August. After that my roommate is moving back in. Unfortunately due to a lack of space, some boxes are gonna be laying around and the kitchen gear is displayed on the table. You can use everything. Laundry in suite. If you do break something, please just replace it or talk to me about it. I’m a chill guy, all I ask is to be clean, to not smoke inside and to not make a LOT of noise, feel free to vape if you want.
