Bedroom located on the second floor with a closet and a large window providing light throughout the day. Possibility for purchase of twin bed and frame if needed. The rest of the house is furnished (property of current tenants) Attic available for additional storage. 4-piece bathroom upstairs as well as a 3-piece in the basement. Large shared fridge and freezer with lots of storage in the kitchen. Top-load washer and dryer in the basement. Rent is $700/month inclusive. First and last required upon signing lease agreement. |
