Subletting a spacious one-bedroom apartment with balcony (an entire unit, no sharing) in a rental building, not a condominium, in the Flemingdon Park area. This is not a guest apartment, this is where I live. I am subletting it with my (pretty simple) furniture and my household. Part of the household items will be for your use, others will be stored in boxes and won't disturb you. I am looking for a tenant about whom I can be sure that they'll handle it all with respect.
