Rest assured, the room stays cozy with the heat set to a minimum of 22°C. I haven’t received any complaints about the cold in basement from past housemates. Walking distance to Leslie Subway station, IKEA, North York General Hospital. Take only 1 bus 85 to Sheppard Yonge station, Don Mills, Fairview mall, Bayview Village Shopping Centre. Convenient for those studying at Seneca Newnham. I’m looking for a mature, clean and respectful female housemate available to move in November (no couple please). We will be sharing the bathroom and kitchen with an another girl. No overnight guests. Minimal drinking is okay, but smoking, vaping, or the use of drugs or weed is strictly prohibited on the property. Also no pet please!
