Female only as there are no men in the house. The individual has access to all shared rooms (kitchen, living room, bathroom and a large balcony. Wifi and utilities are included. There is also a small gym, sauna, and pool that hopefully opens after renovations in the spring. We are looking for someone who can pickup after themselves, clean their room, and find harmony in a modest house with two other females. Our house is kept clean and orderly with a beautiful view onto the valley. We would love for the person to be actively working or studying.
