| Hello! I’m subleasing (or completely transferring it via assignment, as you please) a room at The Quad (115 Haynes Avenue). It’s a 4-2C: you get your own, private bedroom and a shared bathroom in the suite (only shared with one roommate), plus a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Female only as the other roommates are female too. It will be available from June 1 to August 20. Rent is $1505 plus utilities (very negotiable).
