| Good size, clean, bright and Safe area. 2 rooms in the basement. Very quiet house, in a desired neighbourhhood. Walking distance to amenities: Fairview mall, 3 public libraries, grocery stores (No frills and Sunny super market and Ton Tai). Peanut Plaza and many banks. Excellent transportation to Finch subway as well as Don mills station. There are only two ladies who reside in the house. Most important is to keep your surroundings clean and safe! You will have a private furnished room, share bathroom with one person only (it is possible that Only one person rents, in that case no one shares the bathroom with you). There is a kitchenette with microwave,, fridge, kettle and laundry in the basement. Only to cook, you would use the main floor kitchen. Photos available later on on request. Long or short term. Two siblings or two friends (private room each) or a single person, price is negotiable in this highly desired safe area of Toronto, walking distance to Seneca college. International students are welcome ( I was lucky to have few nice Koreans and Japanese students as I lived in Korea!). Starting end of December beginning of January. (Video or photo upon request.
