Our home is located near Edithvale and Finch Ave W on Finch, with TTC that stops out front of the home. My wife and I are looking to accommodate another gentleman coming from abroad, who is here on a Work / Student or visitor permit. We are a Host Family for your stay in Toronto. Accommodations: -All Men's Home for International Visitors here on the Work / Student or Visitor permit -Rent is $850/month on a month to month basis -$25/mo for Wi-Fi -$25/mo for parking if needed. Room is available December 1st 2024 We have 3 rooms altogether, 2 rooms are taken, both gentlemen are here from India. The 3rd room is becoming available. Our home is clean quiet and friendly. Convenient for someone using public transit as bus stops in front of our home. We also have parking space available if needed We do not tolerate Drinking or Illegal drugs... We also don't allow sleep overs. Smoking, outdoors there is a sitting area for smoking or socializing. Each room is for one person. Our home is designed for guests from abroad, looking for a clean, safe, quiet home to stay while they visit study or work in the city. If you are new to Canada and you're on a Working Permit or School or Visitor Visa, we would like to accommodate you for your stay in Toronto. My wife and I are both born here in Canada, we are friendly people that open our home to newcomers here to pursue a school or career and all around different life to the one they have in there home country. We help newcomers get settled in and feel comfortable about where they're staying. We live in the home and have our own separate unit in the basement. Room is available December 1st 2024...
