| We are renting our 1BR + Big den(more space than a second BR), 1 Full washroom, Big Kitchen and in-unit laundry with separate side entrance for rent in a peaceful & quite neighbourhood in Oakville. Street is crescent, hence no through traffic. We are a family with young kids, so you should be slightly noise tolerant, if you are not, then this might not be the best place for you. Its a new home and located in close proximity to a stunning and huge water pond with a walk/jog/cycle track, Dr.David Williams Public school is two blocks away, kids park, tennis and pickle ball courts are right next to school. Wallmart, SuperStore and other banks and amenities are 3 mins drive. Trafalgar hospital is appx 5-8 mins drive. Due to a family and quite neighbourhood, We are not looking for big families, party loving people, people with PETS(Space is not pet friendly), groups of students or people with smoking(of any kind) habit.
