The apartment has a large shared common area, a shared bathroom and kitchen with access to an oven and stove, and a balcony with a nice forest view with Toronto visible in the distance. The apartment building is directly across from Sheridan College and is a five-minute walk from the school. The Rabba minimart is directly below us. There’s easy access to bus stops, some nice nearby forest trails, and is a half-hour walk to the GO station. The listed price is per month for a one year lease starting on August 1st and it does not include WIFI or utilities, however, the cost is divided amongst two other roommates to keep things affordable. You will be rooming with two third-year animation students who are artsy and love creating things. We are friendly and respectful and promote a comfortable and communicative environment. We are tidy and like to keep the common spaces clean. |
