| Offering a room in a 2 bedroom apartment for rent starting August 1. My current roommate is moving out at the end of July. The apartment is on the 4th floor. Address of the building is 169 lees avenue. First and last month’s rent is needed, open to short term and long term rentals. Apartment is furnished but the room is unfurnished. You would have your own washroom, its very spacious with a bath tub and lots of storage space. The kitchen and living room are shared spaces and have been furnished and have enough equipment but you're welcome to add what you'll like. Viewing available in person or over FaceTime/video call. Kitchen has a dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, fridge, oven, stove and a lot of storage space. I have enough pots, pans etc. for us to share. Building is located 2 mins from the university of ottawa via the train. The train station is a minute walk from the apartment. You can also walk or bike as it is close. Hydro, Internet and utilities bills are all included in the rent. Washer and drier in the basement for laundry that works with coins. The building has a central heating/cooling system. There are vents in each room and you can enjoy air conditioned air during the summer and heat during the winter at no extra cost. Gym, whirlpool and family room also in the basement. Tennis court available outside for the summer months. Close to grocery stores(loblaws,walking distance), Canada post, pharmacies, rideau mall, byward market, banks, lansdowne, downtown and many more. Ideal location. Also as the apartment is right beside the Otrain, transport to many places is very accessible. Open to male or female renters. I’m a male, professional, in my twenties, and would like a clean and responsible roommate. Parking is not included in the rental price but can be added upon request. The building charges $150/month for indoor parking and $100/month for outdoor parking. The apartment is situated right beside the 417 East highway entrance and is 3 minutes away from 417 West entrance.
