| Housemate-style rental available! All-in price. Close to the highway and downtown. Prefer to rent to a male Evangelical Christian. No pets. Shared living space (living room, kitchen, laundry), however, you have 2 private bedrooms and 1 bathroom while I have my own bedroom and bathroom downstairs. One bedroom is about 9' 6" x 8" and the other is about 9' 4.5" x 9' 7.5". One bedroom could be for a double bed and dresser while the other could be an office, study room, gaming room..etc. You also get parking off the street, in front of the house (right side of the driveway) so we never block each other.
