On Simcoe St. N. @ Hwy 407 Includes: Shared Bathroom Shared Kitchen with fridge and cabinet space Shared (free) Laundry High speed internet Parking (1 car or truck) Private use (in room): Microwave Fridge Keurig coffee maker Tea kettle Tv with Channels Twin bed with drawers Common areas are cleaned every 7 to 10 days but you must be tidy and clean up after yourself in the common areas. Must wash and dry your dishes etc. Immediately after you cook and wipe the countertop. $210 per week, 2 week minimum stay. 1st and last plus $150 security deposit which you will get back when you vacate. Single occupancy only! No parties, no smoking (inside), no loud music/TV after 10pm We are blue collar guys, opg, gm, hvac, construction etc. Plenty of room to park your pickup truck. One guy works nights and sleeps during the day so prefer quiet day and night. No Students please (but interns and young working professionals are ok).
