| 1 Large bedroom is available for rent from December or January 1st. Just for a student girl. No sharing will be accepted. Room is furnished and it's in the basement and house is located in a prime location which is very near to Ontario Tech University and Durham College, Major intersection is Simcoe and Taunton. All the grocery stores are in walking distance, bus stop is right across the street- Bus number 901, 915, 905 runs frequently. We are looking for someone who is very very quiet, clean, respectful, no party, no drugs and preferably no guest staying over.
