Bus# 56, 902 directly goes to Durham college, Ontario Tech university. Bus# 405 every 15 minutes and goes to Oshawa Go station, Durham college. Condition: Rooms are adequately furnished, we are looking for a female tenant who can keep this place neat and tidy, well maintained. Details: • Private Room (150 sqft Approx): 1 female student/worker only in this room It is female only house. Toilet having bidet installed, 2 washrooms available only for tenants (3 tenants maximum in house using this). Rooms and kitchen are furnished with basic amenities. Facilities included: • Parking available for Private room tenant (No charging, Non-EV Car) • Furnished room (Bed with Mattress, Wardrobe, Study Table, Chair etc.) • The room is freshly painted, quiet and calm. Room has a Big windows; Windows opens to the garden. Side separate entrance gate. • One Non-EV Car parking available for Private room tenant (For tenant personal use only). • Fridge, Microwave, Vacuum, Toaster, Mop etc. are provided to the tenants. • Kitchen available and will be used only by tenants. • This place is Ideal for tenant who want to move-in just with suitcase and daily use items. Room is sufficiently furnished. • 2 Washroom available for tenants use only. Only 3 female tenants in house will be sharing these 2 washrooms. We don’t allow more than 3 tenants in this house. • Bidet installed on all the toilet seat. • room has its own lock and key. • Rent includes hydro, basic utility consumed for personal genuine use. One laundry per week (during weekend or Off-peak hours) included in the rent. • Shared laundry (Dryer, washer). • Month to Month rent notice from any side.
