Room is available for Rent asap. • A big private room (125 Sqft) available for a female tenant (Preferable Vegetarian) • Furnished room (Bed with Mattress, Wardrobe, Study Table, Chair etc.) • The room is freshly painted, quiet and calm. Room has a big window; Windows opens to the garden. Side separate entrance gate. • Refrigerator, Microwave, Vacuum, Toaster, Mop, Broom etc. are provided to the tenants. • Kitchen available and will be used only by tenants (Max 3 tenants in house). • This place is Ideal for tenant who want to move with their suitcase and daily use items. Room is sufficiently furnished. • 2 Washroom available for tenants use only. Only 3 female tenants in house will be sharing these 2 washrooms. We don’t allow more than 3 tenants in this house. • Room has its own lock and key for privacy. • Rent includes hydro, basic utility consumed for personal genuine use. One laundry per week (during weekend or Off-peak hours) included in the rent. • Shared laundry (Dryer, washer). • Month to Month rent notice from any side. In case you want to move out, vacate by giving one month’s notice. • First and last month rent will be required before confirmation and moving to the house. • No smoking. Weed, Alcohol not allowed in the house. • No couple, no sharing allowed. Other current tenants will not be comfortable with couples.
