Room has a big windows; Windows opens to the garden. Side separate entrance gate. • Fridge, Microwave, Vacuum, Toaster, Mop etc. are provided to the tenants. • Kitchen available and will be used only by tenants (Max 3 tenants in house) . • This place is Ideal for tenant who want to move with their suitcase and daily use items. Room is sufficiently furnished. • 2 Washroom available for tenants use only. Only 3 female tenants in house will be sharing these 2 washrooms. We don’t allow more than 3 tenants in this house. • Room has its own lock and key. • Rent includes hydro, basic utility consumed for personal genuine use. One laundry per week (during weekend or Off-peak hours) included in the rent. • Shared laundry (Dryer, washer). • Month to Month rent notice from any side.
