| We have a room available for an Ontario Tech, Durham College or Trent student. This is a room for one person only. Preference will be given to students. The house is a 10-minute walk to the ON Tech/Durham Oshawa Campus or an easy bus ride to Durham Whitby Campus/Trent U, Oshawa. It’s a quiet neighbourhood backing onto a greenspace with lots of trails. There are lots of fast food and stores nearby. The room is the unfurnished master bedroom with its own bathroom, walk-in closet and large window looking over the backyard. The kitchen and living room are shared with 3 other students. This room is available as 1 roommate is moving home. This is a QUIET house. Most of the roommates are gamers. The price is $675 per month which includes all utilities (water, heat, AC, electricity) and laundry. High speed internet is an extra $20/month. No parking available.
