The house will be shared with a 61 year old retired woman who has lived there for over 20 years, and another nice woman in her 50’s who has lived there since 2016. Unfortunately there are no more parking spots available. There is a washer and dryer to share in the basement and one shared bathroom. Shared kitchen as well. The ideal roommate is a female who has no pets, doesn’t have visitors very often, has a peaceful demeanour and is respectful. No smoking tobacco indoors.
