| -Cozy room for one/two females is available on the 2nd floor with shared kitchen and bathroom (the shared bath is only with other female) for rent from June 1st 2024 for student or working female(s). - Bus stop is only ONE minute away, suitable for student of Trent University Oshawa Campus, Ontario Tech University and Durham College. - Prime Location, close to 401, Go station and major intersection. - Looking for a quiet female roommate to live with a family. The family is not using the 2nd floor which is dedicated to students/working female professionals. - Students: Admission letter or letter of proof of student status from your school or picture of dated student ID - Must show proof that you’re attending, or will be attending school. - You MUST be a clean, responsible and respectful person - No smoking of any kind, no drugs, no parties, no guests without permission, no overnight stay, no pets. - Requirements (Some are not mandatory but Preferred): Job letter, two pieces of photo ID, credit report, letter from a previous landlord. - One outside parking space could be available in front of the house. - Rent $650 including all utilities: Hot water, Heater, Hydro, AC, Internet, and Laundry.
