| Two large rooms are available for a 12-month lease for two individuals or a small family (two adults and a kid). The house is a 4-bedroom townhouse located near the Simcoe and Britannia intersection and is currently occupied by two (2) guys (young professionals). The house has a bathroom on each floor. For you two, that means two spacious rooms on the very top floor (about 10ft x 13ft) and a shared bathroom between the both of you. The kitchen and living room are on the main level and are shared with all housemates. Unfortunately, there are no parking spots on the premises. The rent is for both rooms and does not include utilities. Utility is about $100 more per room.
